Rajeswari Found: Board Recommends Dividend

Rajeswari Foundations Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 06, 2010, inter alia, recommended a dividend at the rate of Rs. 0.50 (5%) per Equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/- each for the year ended March 31, 2010, subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting to be held on September 30, 2010.
